Enrolment Projection Module

The Enrolment Projections module provides planners with all of the information they need to produce accurate short and long-term enrolment projections, including the ability to define the flow of students between schools, grades and various programs based on user-controlled variables. The application allows for projecting existing community enrolment using various retention rates, simulating the opening and closing of schools, and what if configuration changes. The module also allows enrolment from new developments to be based on development forecasts, yield templates and actual development plan phasing and related building permit information.

This module includes the ability to reconcile projections to actual numbers using various spatial and tabular databases, and well as running different "scenarios" with complete analysis, charting, reporting and data capture features.

Schools and the communities they serve are constantly changing, so enrolment projections need to have the flexibility to record and accommodate those changes. SPS Plus enables planners to identify how the changes in their review/planning areas affect enrolment projections.

To promote collaboration, multiple users can work concurrently on a projection and/or scenario. The SPS Plus user interface puts all the information a user requires right at their fingertips.

SPS Plus is designed to meet the needs of even the most complex school districts. Many available options enable planners to customize the projections so they reflect the district’s specific enrolment characteristics. Further, you can use this program to run high-level system-wide projections for top-down / bottom-up comparison purposes. The features are constantly being enhanced based on input received from all users and can be customized to meet the needs of any jurisdiction.
